For deposits, we accept interac e-transfer (preferred) and credit card over the phone. For our corporate customers we also offer: cheque/bank draft, direct deposit and online credit card payment facility.
For any outstanding balance on the day-of, we accept cash and interac e-transfer. Any e-transfers must be done on site BEFORE the artist leaves, so you must ensure that you have a working internet connection and mobile banking on your phone if you plan to pay your balance with e-transfer.
Please note that not all of our artists carry credit card readers with them. If you want to pay your balance with a credit card, please ask us if there will be a credit card facility available on site at your event. If not, you would have to prepay on the phone or online during our office hours, or use cash.
